Responsibilities

Collaborate closely with our multidisciplinary team to perform chemical process design, construction, and testing for catalytic membrane reactor processing and chemical/fuel production.

Conduct feasibility studies for processes via techno-economic analysis and life cycle assessment.

Install, operate, maintain, and trouble-shoot scale-up equipment, conduct experiments to refine chemical reaction understanding in a high temperature and high-pressure catalytical chemical process.

Collaborate effectively with internal and external teams to align on project goals, timelines and deliverables.

Document experimental work and communicate findings, progress, and recommendations through written reports, technical presentations, and team meetings.
Qualifications

A successful candidate should have a Ph.D. in chemical engineering or related fields at the time of start date.

Proven experience in process design, building, and testing chemical process systems.

Knowledgeable in process simulation tools, modeling software or tools for techno-economic analysis and life cycle assessment.

Broad background in catalytic reaction or membrane separation process is a plus.

Familiarity with engineering software, such as LabVIEW and Visio is a plus.

Initiative and the ability to work in a team setting.
